Psychological fitness is the ability of my mind, intellect (IQ) and emotions (EQ) to support my lifestyle. Psychologcial fitness includes the following disciplines: 

  1. Memory (working and long-term)
  2. Cognition
  3. Learning
  4. Self-concept
  5. Self-efficacy
  6. EQ (Emotional intelligence)
  7. Fulfillment/Mastery
