Philosophical Fitness

Spirituality, religion and our beliefs about reality are central to how we live and the choices we make. 

Philosophical fitness is the degree of resilience or advantage our beliefs afford us. How does your concept of reality shape your lifestyle? Are your daily habits congruent with your personal philosophy? I believe we only have one life to live, this belief fuels my desire to live it right and dedicate an honest, consistent, reflective effort to self- and other-improvement. Philosophical fitness includes the following disciplines:
