Environmental fitness is the degree to which I promote ecosystems and support Nature. Of course, simply existing on Earth implies resource consumption and waste production, but I want to learn how I can ameliorate that impact and maybe even work to rehabilitate and restore things a bit!
Outdoor recreation (hiking, camping, boating, climbing, etc.) is one of my favorite things to do and I wish for future generations to have those same opportunities. As conscientious stewards to our planet, we can produce less waste and conserve valuable resources. Environmental fitness includes the following topics:
